David Woods
David has nearly 30 years’ experience of working in development for several housing associations and he has initiated and overseen the construction of almost 3,000 affordable properties in west and central London.
He is currently employed as the Development Director for Octavia Housing, a housing association that manages 4,000 properties in west London. David is responsible for overseeing the development programme of new homes, and overseeing a programme of 150 homes a year.
David has a lot of experience of working in Hounslow. Prior to being at Octavia, he was a New Business Manager at Notting Hill Housing Trust and Hounslow was his patch. David developed several projects including being responsible for the refurbishment of Farnell’s Almshouses for the Charity.
David has been a Trustee since May 2014.
