John Tippins
John has lived in Isleworth for almost his whole life. He is a retired biomedical research scientist and university lecturer. His long interest in housing began with Hounslow Self-Help Housing Association and continued with tenants’ associations in Hounslow and the London Tenants Organisation, which he chaired for a year. He was both secretary and chair of Hounslow Law Centre management committee for a number of years, his main interests being housing and employment. In recent years, John’s primary voluntary work has been with the Woodcraft Folk, a national children’s charity.
John joined the Charity in May 2018.
